cement

The operating conditions of the cement industry are quite demanding challenges include shock/heavy loads, extreme temperatures, and the high degree of airborne cement dust. Cement manufacturing causes environmental impacts at all stages of the process. These include emissions of airborne pollution in the form of dust, gases, noise and vibration when operating machinery and during blasting in quarries, and damage to the ground from quarrying. A cement manufacturing plant usually occupies a vast area and uses a wide range of equipment such as conveyor systems from quarries to cement mills and cement mills to harbor, ball/rod mills, kilns, crushers, bucket elevators, and haul trucks. The need for automatic grease lubrication in the cement industry is almost a great as it is in mining industry.
