Pulsarlube S - Spring type Unit
Overview
Pulsarlube S has a spring at the bottom of the lubricator; this pushes grease upward into the lubricator’s grease intake orifice through the slide valve, and then down the guide sleeve.
Thus, even if oil separation occurs, oil will stay inside the chamber instead of leaking. This keeps grease from hardening.
By turning the control knob to open and close the slide valve, the appropriate dispensing rate can be selected such that grease is dispensed steadily at all times. In addition, the locking device at the bottom of the cylinder and piston keeps the force from the spring from being applied to the grease.
Thus, although the refilled grease needs to be stored for a long time, oil separation does not occur. Moreover, unlocking the device enables immediate lubrication
