Pulsarlube MSP (Machine Synchronized External Power Unit)

Overview

Pulsarlube MSP has been designed to lubricate continuously while the machinery is operating. As a mechanical lubricator that uses external power so that only the grease pack is replaceable, Pulsarlube MSP dispenses a certain amount of grease during the operation of the machine; when the machine where the product is installed stops, the product also stops lubricating (for the product code for a different external power, see how to order).

Synchronization with the Euipments

Pulsarlube MS unit turns“On” or “Off” in synchronization with the equipment on which it is installed. It will dispense the preset amount of grease as long as the machine is operating. If the equipment is not on, then Pulsarlube MS unit goes into “stand-by mode” and does not dispense lubricant until the machine goes back into operation.

Operating principal

The MSP unit is an externally powered unit The power supply connected to the machine or PLC powers the unit. Therefore there is no need to replace the battery. Only the grease pouch will need to be replaced. The MS unit will turn ON/OFF via its Relay Box in accordance with the related equipment power signal.

Therefore it is very useful on the equipment where lubrication only take place when the equipment is in operation because the MS unit will stop operating automatically when the equipment is not operating for a long time to avoid the over-dispensing of grease.
