Pulsarlube MS - Machine Synchronized Electro Mechanical Unit

Overview

This product is intended to avoid loss or waste of machinery and ensure the effective maintenance of equipment (replaceable service pack). Synchronization with the Euipments Pulsarlube MS unit turns “On” or “Off” in synchronization with the equipment on which it is installed. It will dispense the preset amount of grease as long as the machine is operating. If the equipment is not on, then Pulsarlube MS unit goes into “stand-by mode” and does not dispense lubricant until the machine goes back into operation.

Operating principle

The MS unit is not an externally powered unit. It operates on its own battery Power. Battery should be replaced every time you replace the grease pouch. The MS unit will turn ON/OFF via its Relay Box in accordance with the related equipment power signal.

Built-in Large LCD & High Operating Pressure

Therefore it is very useful on the equipment where lubrication only take place when the equipment is in operation because the MS unit will stop operating automatically when the equipment is not operating for a long time to avoid the over-dispensing of grease.

Benefits

  • The Pulsarlube MS unit offers the advantage of providing automatic lubrication to machinery that is infrequently or intermittently used by synchronizing to the equipment, thereby avoiding the problem of over lubrication.

  • The MS unit is powered by its own battery pack allowing you the freedom of installation anywhere on the equipment.

  • Even though the equipment is in operation and the lubricator is connected to the equipment, the MS unit can still be shut off by pressing the power button.

  • The Pulsarlube MS lubricator functions upon the same basic principles as the Pulsarlube M.

  • PLC control is also an option in closing and opening the circuit.
