Pulsarlube ML500 - Electro Mechanical Unit 500cc
Overview
Pulsarlube ML500, newly developed single point automatic grease lubricator, is primarily designed to ensure reliable lubrication of large size(>102mm O.D) bearings commonly found in mining, cement, and steel industry. It is recognized that a common 125cc or 250cc SPL unit does not have sufficient volume of lubricants required for large size bearings. Pulsarlube ML500 has a capacity of 500cc grease volume which meets the volume requirement specified by a bearing or equipment manufacture.
8 different dispensing rate
This product has a mechanical lubricant dispensing system with the motor/gear set controlled by the microprocessor and vertical self-priming pump. The dispensing rate may be set by choosing from 8 modes ― 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, and 15 days ― according to the characteristics of the equipment.
Built-in Large LCD & High Operating Pressure
The built-in large LCD screen is easy to use, helping one detect the malfunction. This is a semi-permanent, mechanical automatic grease lubricator that is more economical than the formal single-use products since it enables replacing the grease pouch and battery pack after use.
With high operating pressure of 30kgf/cm2, this product has increased dispensing reliability and installation in case gas-type products cannot be installed because of the high back pressure, allowing remote installation and multi-point lubrication
Replaceable Service Pack (Replacement Kit)
The lubricant is supplied in customized 500cc grease pouch. Grease pouch and battery pack are replaceable in one package called "Service Pack". It consists of 5 different types of standard grease with either a standard battery pack or high performance lithium battery pack(optional), depending on the requirement of application.

The ML500 unit contains a unique automatic “Lockout system” to prevent any possible accidental/unauthorized re-programming of the unit after it has been set.
Test function performs an all points system check on the microprocessor such as dispensing rate, output pressure, LCD display, etc.
High output pressure (30kg/cm2 (430 psi)) allows for remote installation up to 8 points, max 6 meters (20 ft) per point. This permits you to conveniently lubricate hazardous and hard to reach areas.
