Operating Principal

Pulsarlube EX is an eco-friendly, single-point lubricator that can be reused by changing only the grease and battery pack. Just like the M series, EX is designed such that the dispensing rate can be adjusted easily to lubricate the lubricating point properly.

Furthermore, its circuits and parts are designed based on the energy limitation concept by adopting a non-sparking, explosion-proof structure that keeps an electrical device from sparking an explosive gas whether it is working under normal or certain abnormal condition.

UL, ATEX certified

The Pulsarlube EX design has been tested by the UL labs and meet the following requirements: UL79, Power-Operated pumps for Petroleum dispensing products,

Eighth Edition ANSI/ISA-12.12.01-2000,Nonincendive electrical equipment for use in Class I and II, Division 2 and Class III, Divisions 1 and 2 Hazardous locations.

Benefits

The Pulsarlube EX lubricator functions upon the same basic principles as the Pulsarlube M.

The EX design has been tested by Underwriter Laboratories and meets the following requirements: UL79, Power-Operated pumps for Petroleum dispensing products.

Certification: Class I, Div. II, Sec. C, D. Where flammable gasses or vapors are present in the air in quantities sufficient to produce explosive or ignitable mixtures.

“Lockout system” prevents any possible accidental/unauthorized re-programming of the unit after it has been set. The EX unit automatically locks the keypad 30 seconds after it has been programmed, and will display a lock icon on the LCD.
