Overview

Unlike other products, the Pulsarlube C automatic grease lubricator controls the gas generator precisely using a microprocessor so that it can dispense the exact amount of grease. In addition, it has LED that helps the user see whether it is working as well as a self-diagnosis function.

This lubricator is very convenient since it enables selecting from various using periods in a single unit. In particular, Pulsarlube C boasts of powerful chemical resistance and vibration resistance.

Operating principle

Nitrogen gas generated from the electrolysis reaction controlled by the microprocessor dispenses a certain amount of grease in the container constantly for the pre-set period. It has high accuracy and reliability and maintains the best lubricating condition inside the bearing.
